Returns & Exchange
- Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with the original tags attached (and with packaging if applicable).
- If merchandise is returned despite these conditions, our returns team have the right to refuse or decline an exchange as we do not offer exchanges on products that have been worn and/or do not have any tags (where the customer will be invoiced for shipping).
- Item/s must be returned for exchange/s within 14 days from the date you receive your order, with proof of purchase.
- Full-priced items are eligible for either an exchange of items or store credit. Store Credit can be used both in-store or online.
- Any charges (shipping, customs etc.) for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for the shipping costs for exchanged items unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
- We take no responsibility for lost in transit parcels so please make sure all returned parcels are well packaged and trackable.
- Refunds are not offered for change of mind, including incorrect size. We are not obliged to provide a refund for change of mind.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items - please contact us if you are looking to exchange for the same sale item in a different size.
