We have Click & Collect available. Simply buy online, select PICK UP and your order will be ready for collection usually within a few hours of purchase at our Westfield Southland store. We will send you an email as soon as your items are ready to collect so please wait for a 'Ready for Collection' email before dropping by. Please check Google for our store's opening hours and please bring a copy of your order confirmation email.

*Larger items requiring a box such as basketballs, hats, poster tubes, Mystery Boxes, shooting systems etc.

Within Australia, Australia Post Express Post/Parcel Post or StarTrack Express is used for express delivery. This method of postage requires signature upon delivery and also has a tracking number.

For New Zealand orders, we use either Australia Post Express Courier International or DHL Worldwide Express and usually takes 2-7 working days to New Zealand however this depends on customs clearances. This service has full tracking & requires signature upon delivery.

For International orders, we use Aus Post Express or International Worldwide Express - this usually takes 3-8 business days to most places in the world. This service has full tracking & requires signature upon delivery.
